Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support and maintain software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide stakeholder support for software applications and translate user issues
• Gather requirements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Create and maintain documentation related to application configurations and troubleshooting procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1+ years' experience in technology or business process analysis
• Some technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies and databases
• Proficiency in SQL preferred
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting software application issues
