Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to act as a liaison between program and IT teams, ensuring seamless process workflows and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various programs
• Lead complex analysis of program data to support business proposals and operational improvements
• Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee project progress, risks, and status reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in an Analyst role
• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• 1+ years of experience creating reports in Salesforce
• Experience in energy efficiency
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Power Query) and flexibility to work off-schedule hours as needed
