Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support Agile teams in research, planning, and implementation of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validates functionality and categorizes bug-remediation and enhancement work for Agile teams
• Prepares functional, system, and program requirements for eBusiness value streams
• Performs QA and integration testing for scheduled initiatives and manages system documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with five years of related experience
• May require on-call support rotation after hours and/or weekends
• Prior experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban is preferred
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
• SAFe Practitioner (SP) Certification is a plus
