Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documents outlining current business processes
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Draft and review communication letters to ensure clarity and adherence to company standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in business or process analysis, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with process mapping and documentation
• 2+ years of experience in a large-scale ERP environment (e.g., PeopleSoft)
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
