Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts business process analysis and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives
• Formulates specifications for software applications and modifies existing applications as needed
• Prepares program specifications, tests, debugs, and installs operating programs in coordination with user departments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Proficiency in application support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of application programming interface (API) tools and business intelligence tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
