Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Program Management team to enhance credit rules and business processes
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to support technical development

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a related role
Experience in auto finance, particularly in originations and operations
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Data Science
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL
Demonstrated career stability and experience in cross-functional collaboration
