Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop process workflows and analyze business requirements
- Configure and unit test software, primarily HealthRules Payor
- Support incident management and provide direction to the offshore configuration team
Required Qualifications
- Experience with HealthRules, Facets, AMISYS, or QNXT configuration
- Familiarity with debugging and testing concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including JIRA and SCRUM
- Possess a professional degree/diploma or equivalent work experience
