Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support technical projects that enhance public health data usage for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document use cases for developers
• Conduct end-user testing and facilitate approval sessions for business requirements
• Document workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and support process enhancement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience in writing Use Cases and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a virtual environment
