Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to analyze employee feedback and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze front-line employee and partner feedback to generate insights for improvement
• Build and maintain employee feedback dashboards and administer surveys using Qualtrics
• Conduct data analysis using Python and SQL, and develop interactive dashboards in Palantir

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and survey administration focused on employee feedback
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools
• Experience with Qualtrics for survey creation and administration
• Familiarity with JIRA for development team interactions and Palantir for data transformation
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
