Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Lead the planning and execution of test strategies and coordinate with QA teams
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and support business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile environment
• Hands-on experience in test planning and coordination
• Proven basic experience with SQL and working with relational databases
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Scrum events
