Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and end users

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience in business transformation and process improvement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Lucid, and project management tools
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 2+ years, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
