Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage support for a demand planning application remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the support demand planning application, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction
• Provide Level 1 support and triage support requests to ensure timely resolution of user issues
• Train users on application usage and collaborate with application providers to resolve complex issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, information systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in application support or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Strong analytical skills
