Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support business initiatives and project management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard employer groups and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for electronic enrollment and premium files
• Analyze intake forms and collaborate with partners to ensure efficient onboarding and file management
• Manage TPA requested file implementation projects and maintain project updates and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or healthcare operations
• Experience in onboarding or consulting customers while managing expectations aligned with a schedule
• Proficiency in MS suite software
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize work and manage high volumes of file implementations
