Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize D365 Finance & Operations and D365 Customer Engagement systems
• Oversee advanced warehouse management workflows and customize solutions to meet unique business needs
• Support end-users by providing training, system usage guidance, and process documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations and D365 Customer Engagement
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, advanced warehouse solutions, and ERP customizations
• Proven experience in ERP implementation and system optimization projects
