Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software and systems
• Oversee user acceptance testing and provide guidance to end users
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in systems and processes, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM applications
• Experience in Service and/or Claims Operations is preferred
