Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to optimize service capabilities and support development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and current information for Product Owner prioritization and decision-making
• Guide stakeholders in developing Business Requirements and collaborate with development teams on functional specifications
• Lead the creation of user acceptance testing plans and assist with internal test execution and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or three years of relevant work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an agile team
• Prior experience with clients and insurance product knowledge preferred
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps required
• Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
