Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard system processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Create and implement management plans for projects, ensuring transparent communication at all levels
• Conduct systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information science
• Experience with enterprise communication channels or content management systems
• Expertise in the Smart Communications platform or similar platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
