Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Conduct root cause analyses and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted)
5-8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations
Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt certification
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle
