Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst responsible for supporting business services within Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to elicit, analyze, and define requirements into documentation and conceptual design
• Provide second level application services support and conduct root cause analysis of production issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities and analyze impact of changes on application services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• 3 or more years of business analysis and software support experience (required)
• 2 or more years of experience in creating process maps and wireframing (required)
• 3 or more years of experience in the financial services sector, with knowledge of banking technology (preferred)
• Experience in performing business process analysis and documenting business and functional requirements (preferred)
