Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize user feedback for product decisions
• Establish project goals and maintain an organized backlog to ensure timely delivery of value
• Oversee digital experiences, manage defect triage, and lead rollout strategies to enhance user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments
• Proven ability to solve complex user challenges and deliver user-centered products
• Understanding of technical design to articulate product requirements effectively
• Experience working across teams to foster alignment among stakeholders
• Passion for or experience in educational technology and K-12 markets is preferred
