Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Business Analyst to support Medicaid eligibility systems and enhance operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and documenting technical requirements for eligibility determination systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, including eligibility errors and processing delays
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system releases, patches, and updates

Required Qualifications:

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or Insurance is a plus
• Knowledge in technical support and troubleshooting system issues
• Proficiency with SQL and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis
• Familiarity with IT systems development and testing processes
