Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance community safety and efficiency
Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights on trends
Analyze data using SQL, dashboards, Excel, and pivot tables to generate actionable insights

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields
Prior project management experience in operations
Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g., Tableau) and data analysis methodologies
Medium+ proficiency with SQL and advanced Excel skills
Prior experience with QA testing and systems improvement is a plus
