A company is looking for a Vantage/wmA Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support software engineers in developing software products and solutions, providing guidance and technical support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements for successful software project delivery
• Assist in the professional growth of team members through feedback, coaching, and career development planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in Life Insurance & Annuities IT, with a minimum of 5+ years in DXC IP Vantage or wmA
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
• Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
