Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data review and quality control to ensure accuracy and efficacy between systems
• Collaborate with IT and business teams, participating in defect triage meetings and testing processes
• Document and communicate findings from data analyses and assist in after-hours deployment efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A minimum of three years of experience in data quality assurance
• At least two years of experience with Workday
• Knowledge of QA testing methods and ability to perform root cause analysis
• Experience working in an agile/Sprint model is a plus
