Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely and support development teams and stakeholders in meeting client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to develop scalable design specifications based on business requirements
• Provide solutions to technical problems and improve information flow through modeling and data analysis
• Document software development processes and ensure user stories are well-defined and understood by the development team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Agile methodology and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Excel, SharePoint, Lucidchart, or Visio
• Experience in integrating software solutions and understanding APIs and data exchange protocols
• Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI) and US Citizenship required
