Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Insurtech Client Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the Sure Commercial policy administration system
• Act as a customer advisor, providing recommendations and industry best practices
• Plan, perform, and support unit and QA testing efforts, including test script planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Insurance Domain knowledge, preferably in ISO based Commercial Lines
• Experience with Sure Commercial (Instec Policy)
• BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting client implementations of Property & Casualty software for Commercial Insurance markets
• Related certifications are a plus
