Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to identify and facilitate changes in product development within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and communicate requirements effectively with stakeholders
• Create and manage user stories, ensuring adherence to the definition of done and conducting testing
• Develop business and functional requirement documents and provide training as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an Agile and Scrum software development environment as a Business Analyst
• Intermediate+ skills in Jira and Confluence
• Aptitude for writing user stories and leading backlog refinement
• Must pass the DHS TT5 Trusted Tester certification within the first 3 months
• Confident facilitator with strong communication skills
