Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 who will work on projects aimed at improving outcomes for Texas students.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced business analysis and user experience design to enhance end user experience
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet agency standards and best practices
• Manage requirements throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring fulfillment and verification of requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience eliciting requirements from customers and creating system requirements
• 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
• 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
• 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases adhering to best practices
• 8 years of experience designing mockups and wireframes that conform to UX best practices
