Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Global Customer Portals) to create a unified Global Customer Portal and sunset older versions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the sunsetting of legacy portals and ensure a smooth transition to the new unified platform
• Lead business requirements elicitation through various techniques including interviews and workshops
• Develop and manage use cases, process maps, and test scenarios to support system design and validation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business requirements elicitation using structured and creative techniques
• Strong understanding of process mapping, use case development, and testing methodologies
• Experience in creating user documentation and delivering training to business users
• Experience supporting customer portal projects is highly desirable
• A systematic approach to analysis and documentation
