Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of telecommunications accounts and services to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and present comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations to executive leadership
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in telecommunications or related fields
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Knowledge of telecommunications billing, VoIP, and telecom services
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience in business process improvement and KPI reporting
