Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for a remote, 6-month contract position, likely to extend to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Map business processes using Visio and create data flow diagrams
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories
• Assist in implementing AI best practices and familiarize end users with new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Experience with business process mapping and Visio
• Proficiency in creating documentation from scratch
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Power BI and Azure
• Experience working with non-technical end users
• Retail industry experience is a plus
