Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support software application design, development, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business units within an agile team using the Scrum framework
• Develop and document business requirements, create reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and performance of systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with Salesforce for at least 2 years
• International Education/Exchange experience preferred
