Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to identify process and data improvement opportunities and support project management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business issues and data challenges in a retail environment
• Lead requirements-gathering efforts and develop project plans for management approval
• Monitor project scope, delivery schedules, and budgets while communicating risks and progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for IT solutions
• Experience in documenting user requirements and functional specifications
• Retail execution or merchandising experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
