Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support system enhancements and integrations within a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts for claims-related initiatives, including new features and system integrations
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Write actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile development teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience within the insurance domain, particularly with claims and policy-related systems
• Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter in a business analysis or functional capacity
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management
• Solid SQL and data analysis skills for validation and reporting
• Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
