Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for eligibility systems
Conduct functional analysis and design solutions for system integration
Utilize tools such as JIRA and SQL to support business analysis tasks

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in public sector or healthcare IT
Familiarity with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) and eligibility rules engines
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Prior experience with public assistance programs
Knowledge of tools like Visio and Tableau is a plus
