Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to improve existing operations
• Perform detailed project analysis, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience with business requirement documents in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred
