Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with business and support leads to map and document processes and project plans
Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities, and manages documentation of assigned processes
Creates and manages various reports while ensuring project deliverables are met

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
2+ years of experience in documenting business processes or developing job aids
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 05:00PM EST
18 years or older
