Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their Order Management system.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize system requirements
Document functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development
Support UAT planning and create training materials for users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or order management
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and SAP integration
Experience in writing user stories and process documentation
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
