Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the WV PATH initiative with a focus on T&M enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit, review, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Engage with clients and internal teams to manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and writing business requirements in the healthcare industry
• 1+ year of experience in managing project controls and engaging executive stakeholders
• Experience with SDLC and government RFP responses
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
