Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 2 to implement and optimize customer experience automation solutions using AI-powered conversation intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control and peer review of AI-generated insights and analytics dashboards
  • Collaborate with data science teams to design and refine machine learning models for customer interaction analysis
  • Deliver high-quality professional services projects aligned with scope, timelines, and ROI expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in analytics, AI, or CX automation

  • Familiarity with contact center operations and AI/Automation for customer experience improvement
  • Knowledge of database query languages and experience optimizing search through ML techniques
