Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage business and functional requirements in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops to validate requirements with cross-functional teams
• Analyze production support issues and recommend corrective actions

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and prototyping tools
• Advanced Oracle/SQL query skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with Agile methodology and Salesforce projects is a plus
