Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support operations and implement improvements across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, gathering and communicating business requirements
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and assist in project planning and execution
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
• 3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes and applications in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools such as ServiceNow Agile and Jira
• Familiarity with SQL and healthcare applications
