Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical projects related to public health data.

Key Responsibilities

• Document business practices, identify improvement opportunities, and support process enhancements
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Conduct end-user testing and facilitate requirement review sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience writing Use Cases and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data-driven decision making
