Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of contract management systems and AI offerings for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting, solutioning, and configuration for full-cycle implementation projects
• Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrixes
• Advise customers on leveraging AI features for maximum adoption and value

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience implementing or administering contract management systems
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
• Experience with workflow design and business process optimization
• Experience in SaaS implementation for large enterprise clients
