Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and metrics for utilization management activities
• Collaborate with business leads and clinical partners to perform data analysis and identify trends for improvement
• Create operational dashboards in PowerBI to facilitate data-driven decision-making for leadership and clinical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and database management systems
• Preferred certifications include Certified Business Intelligence Professional or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar BI software
• Knowledge of utilization management from a payer perspective is preferred
