Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business needs assessments and translate requirements into functional and technical documentation
• Map current-state and future-state process flows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements for system modernization and ensure alignment with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in public sector environments
• Proven experience with Records Management Systems and Case Management Systems
• Strong expertise in process flow mapping and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Suite is strongly preferred
