Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support healthcare analytics initiatives by developing dashboards, metrics, and reports to enhance utilization management solutions
• Collaborate with business leads to perform proactive and reactive data analyses, providing insights into key performance indicators and their drivers
• Lead the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards in PowerBI to support data-driven decisions at all organizational levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience (additional 4 years) if degree is not held
• Minimum of 3 years experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and database management systems
• Preferred certifications include Certified Business Intelligence Professional or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Experience creating dashboards for internal productivity and external KPI reporting
• Proficiency in business intelligence software such as PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau
