Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute small projects independently or as part of a team, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance customer experience
• Define and validate business needs, conduct stakeholder analysis, and assess capability gaps
• Manage requirements traceability, define user acceptance testing approach, and adhere to business analysis standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of experience in business analysis
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Intermediate understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies
• Self-directed with strong personal initiative and accountability
