Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst who will collaborate with various teams to enhance business operations and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between development teams and customers to gather and communicate business requirements
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Support project planning and execution, including system testing, documentation, and user training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
• 3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes and applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel
