Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of AI and ML capabilities for mission operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for AI/ML integration
• Work with data scientists to translate business needs into AI/ML models and workflows
• Analyze existing processes and recommend AI-driven optimizations while supporting change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including business process modeling and documenting requirements
• Technical proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools, along with understanding of machine learning workflows
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
